Karachi, Alshaheer Corporation Limited announced that Mr. Imtiaz Jaleel has resigned from his position as Director of the company, effective June 10, 2020.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a successor for Mr. Jaleel will be appointed and announced in due course. The company has informed the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about this change.
