Emirates Flies High as Top Global Brand in YouGov Rankings

Karachi: Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has achieved the top position in YouGov’s Most Recommended Global Brand rankings for 2025. The airline scored 88.4%, making it the only airline in the global top 10 list, reinforcing its ‘Fly Better’ promise.

The YouGov rankings reflect the percentage of a brand’s customers who would recommend it. Emirates led significantly, with data based on over a million customer surveys across 28 markets from June 2024 to May 2025. The results were weighted by the brand’s customer base size per market.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, emphasized the strong connection and loyalty with passengers, noting that the airline will continue to enhance its travel experience. Emirates is dedicated to providing memorable journeys, backed by significant investments in products and services.

In 2025’s first half, Emirates expanded its network with new routes and launched reimagined travel retail stores. The airline introduced the A350 to its fleet and became the world’s first Autism Certified Airline, aiming to make travel accessible for all.

Looking ahead, Emirates plans to serve over 70 cities with updated aircraft by December 2025. The airline will offer more than 2 million Premium Economy seats, allowing more travelers to experience its premium services.

Previously, Emirates was named the most recommended brand in the UAE and noted for having the most satisfied customers among US flyers. YouGov, known for its market research, bases its rankings on its BrandIndex tool, which tracks brand performance and consumer interest.
