Karachi, Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited has successfully credited shares into investor accounts as of June 10, 2024, relating to the listing of Mughal Energy Limited on GEM. This follows an earlier communication referenced MISIL/PSX Listing/GEM/MEL/2024(2).

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mughal Iron & Steel now holds 90% of the ordinary shares and 100% of the ordinary Class-B shares of Mughal Energy Limited. The shares were credited by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.
