National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq says Pakistan and Hungary enjoy a long-standing friendly relationship based on a shared commitment to global peace and sustainable development.During a meeting with the Hungarian Ambassador to Pakistan, Béla Fazekas, who called on him in Islamabad today, he said it is crucial to further enhance these relations for mutual benefit of the people on both sides.Discussing the parliamentary cooperation, the Speaker emphasized regular interaction between parliaments to share and learn from each other's experiences. He also underscored the need to expand cooperation in other areas of mutual interest including trade, investment and education.The envoy reiterated that Hungary views Pakistan as an important regional stakeholder.Source: Radio Pakistan
