Islamabad: Chairman of Prime Minister's Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has announced that Pakistan's first-ever national youth employment policy will soon be launched. Addressing an event in Islamabad, Khan stated that the cabinet has already given its approval for the policy.
According to Radio Pakistan, the policy aims to ensure that a minimum of thirty-five percent of the workforce each year will be comprised of women. Furthermore, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan highlighted that the Prime Minister's Youth Agriculture and Business loan scheme includes a twenty-five percent quota specifically for women.
