Islamabad, Oil & Gas Development Company Limited has declared that its transfer books will be closed from May 10, 2024, to May 13, 2024. This is in anticipation of the upcoming dividend distribution. The ex-price date for the dividend is scheduled for May 8, 2024. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) will also be held on the ex-price date.
