Islamabad: A two-day event titled Pakistan Governance Forum 2026 will begin in Islamabad today under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Development. The Forum will bring together over 100 eminent speakers from various walks of life. Over 500 participants will deliberate on Pakistan's governance reform agenda.
According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will formally inaugurate the event, while Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani will also be in attendance. The Forum aims to serve as a national platform to move from ideas to implementation, accelerating Pakistan's governance transformation through inclusive dialogue and coordinated action.
