Karachi, Pakistan Petroleum Limited has announced the closure of its transfer books from May 13, 2024, to May 15, 2024. The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on May 9, 2024. Shareholders recorded by May 12, 2024, will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive dividends.
