President and PM Condemn Terrorist Attack in Balochistan

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have strongly condemned an attack carried out by terrorists of Fitna-al-Hindustan on a security forces vehicle in district Mastung, Balochistan. In their separate statements, they paid tribute to Major Muhammad Rizwan Tahir, Naik Ibn Ameen, and Lance Naik Muhammad Younas, who embraced martyrdom in the attack.

According to Radio Pakistan, the President emphasized that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces in the war against terrorism. He further stated that terrorist elements operating under Indian patronage will soon be eliminated. The Prime Minister also reiterated the government’s resolve to completely eradicate all forms of terrorism from the country, highlighting the unparalleled sacrifices of security forces in the fight against terrorism.

Earlier, security forces, in an ensuing operation, killed four Indian-sponsored terrorists in the area.
