Jeddah: President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his heartfelt felicitations to Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the National Day and the Hala February festivities. In a letter, the President highlighted the deep rooted historical ties founded on mutual trust, shared values and a common commitment to regional peace and prosperity.

According to Radio Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari noted that the fraternal relations continue to expand across key sectors including trade, investment, information technology, defence cooperation and people to people exchanges. He termed the vibrant Pakistani community in Kuwait as a vital bridge between the two nations, contributing to Kuwait's development while strengthening the bonds between our peoples.

The President reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to further enhance the bilateral cooperation with Kuwait for the shared benefit of the two brotherly countries.
