Karachi, Pakistan International Airlines Corp. has received an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for holding its annual general meeting (AGM). The extension allows the airline, which concluded its financial year on December 31, 2023, until May 29, 2024, to hold the AGM. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension was granted to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
