Islamabad:Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi has expressed confidence that Pakistan Railways will generate one hundred and sixty billion rupees in revenue by the end of this financial year.

According to Radio Pakistan, Abbasi made this statement while speaking at the Pakistan Tourism Festival in Islamabad. He noted that Pakistan Railways had generated over one hundred billion rupees in revenue during the last fiscal year.

Abbasi highlighted the efforts made to upgrade trains and emphasized that Pakistan Railways has been fully digitized. He also underlined the potential role of Pakistan Railways in promoting the country's diverse tourism opportunities.
